1. Services

We provide car detailing packages designed to improve the appearance and presentation of your vehicle. The specific inclusions of each package are outlined on our website. Any additional services may incur extra charges.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed. Prices are listed in AUD and may change without prior notice.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee at our discretion.

4. Vehicle Condition

Customers are responsible for disclosing any existing damages or issues with their vehicle. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, mechanical problems, or damages that may occur as a result of normal detailing procedures.

5. Liability

While we take the utmost care during every detailing service, Vetro Pre-Sale Car Detailing is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles or unforeseen damages beyond our reasonable control.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
